Paine about 1921; Mrs. Albert Gallatin Lainer of New York; Mr. and Mrs. Wurts, 33 Parkview Terrace, Huntington, Long Island in 1967; by the early 1970's owned by Margaret R. Rawson, Lincoln Street, Paris Hill, Maine, from whose estate it was acquired by R. Jorgensen Antiques of Wells, Maine; purchased in 1973 by Arthur D. and Margaret Hittner; given to present collection, 1997.
