Campus Construction
There are a few construction projects happening around the museum this summer, but we are open as usual. Our neighbor, the Hopkins Center for the Arts, is in the midst of a major expansion and renovation and Dartmouth has also kicked off its carbon neutral project.
Due to construction, the easiest way to access the Hood Museum is from Lebanon Street. The museum has two entrances: a north entrance (wheelchair accessible) and a south entrance (stairs). If you require a wheelchair accessible entrance, and are in need of assistance, please call the museum's front desk prior to your visit (603-646-2900) and a visitor services guide will direct you.
