Collected by Lt. Col. Alfred Theodore Clifton (1875-1944) with the U.S. Army Signal Corps, in the Philippines, 1901; given to present collection (through his son, Alfred Theodore Clifton, Jr. (1906-1996), Class of 1927), 1942.
