Inscriptions

Obverse: Beared, laureate male head right; all detail lost by flattening and smudging across cheek and hair above ear; chunk lost from outer edge around 3:30. Frame from 7:00-10:00. Inscribed clockwise, inward, from 6:00 to at least 2:00, probably 4:00: L SEPT SEV AVG IMP XI PAR[T MAX] Reverse: Draped female, seated left; holding balance in right hand, drapery and cornucopia in left. Inscribed clockwise, inward, from 8:00-11:00: MONETA; from 2:00-5:00: AVGG; frame from 4:00-10:00; axis down; "N" scratched on outer edge at 6:00 obverse.
