Polly joined the Hood Museum of Art in October 2024, providing administrative support with scheduling for the director's office. Before joining the Hood, Polly held roles at an art council in Hong Kong, where she contributed to arts education and administration. She initiated various international training opportunities for local arts administrators and developed arts education programs for local schools. She has also worked in various Hong Kong universities, supporting student affairs and career development services. Polly earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees from The University of Hong Kong. Complementing her work in arts administration, Polly has a keen interest in career counseling and is a certified career services provider and facilitator.
