In this free professional development opportunity for local k-12 educators, we will use the exhibition Gilded: Contemporary Artists Explore Value and Worth to consider how artists use gilding techniques to bring attention to societal challenges, histories, and ideas often unexamined and ignored. A range of global perspectives are represented, as are various artmaking practices. Space for this workshop is limited. Please click this link to register by March 18.
