Typed, on reverse, center: 7017-19: "I spent the afternoon with Arthur and his children, Bobsie and Janie in the Hotel which is his home in New York. He was much the old fashioned father a bit austere, sererved [sic]. None of the "old-pal" relationship one finds in America. But the mutal respect was evident and strong."
