Ever wondered how to craft a perfectly balanced charcuterie board? One that engages both the eyes and the tastebuds? Join us for a collaborative program with Co-op Culinary Learning Center Educator Lindsay Smith. We will consider composition in works of art featuring food, followed by a cook-along class on the art of the charcuterie board. CLICK HERE to register.
