From the New York Times bestselling author of The DoveKeepers and The Museum of Extraordinary Things, a forbidden-love story set on the tropical island of St. Thomas about the extraordinary woman who gave birth to painter Camille Pissarro, the “father of impressionism.” Join Katherine Hart, Senior Curator of Collections and Barbara C. and Harvey P. Hood 1918 Curator of Academic Programming, for a spotlight talk, followed by a discussion of the book. Copies of the book will be available at Howe Library by April 6.
