About
Maya Razvi is the Board of Advisors Mutual Learning Fellow for Cultural Heritage Technology and Innovation. Maya graduated from Bennington College in 2024 with a B.A in Literature, Visual Arts, and Animation, exploring each medium primarily through its evolving historical and cultural relationship to Western domination. Her creative work combines interdisciplinary storytelling, moving image, and translation to highlight subaltern modes of existence within traditional paradigms of power. Previously, Maya was part of the organizing team for the Karachi Biennale 2022, besides which she has held positions at documentary film houses in Karachi, Pakistan, and non-profit art and literary organizations in the United States.
