Steel tuning fork mounted on wooden (pine) resonator box. "52" on cloth label is crossed out. Below it is "6." On opposite side "288" is stamped. Pictured with metal mallet with rubber sphere for head. "52" on cloth label on mallet. Stem of fork stamped with wave insignia. Material: wood and steel.
