"From the office of a high ranking official at the Japanese Naval Base at Yokosuka, Tokyo Bay, Japan. Obtained shortly before the signing of the Japanese surrender. Obtained by N.J. Brule, then Pharmacist Mate, US Marines, from another Marine; given to present collection, 1959.
