In conjunction with "Embracing Elegance, 1885.1920: American Art from the Huber Family Collection," Howe Library and the Hood Museum of Art will hold a book discussion on Edith Wharton's "Age of Innocence," published in 1920 and set in upper-class New York City in the 1870s. The book discussion will be led by Howe Library Programming, Public Relations, and Outreach Coordinator Heather Backman. Connections to the exhibition will be drawn by Barbara J. MacAdam, Jonathan L. Cohen Curator of American Art, in a spotlight tour of the exhibition. Copies of the book will be available at Howe Library by mid-June.
