Wooden mouthpiece with glass tube. Tube is graduated, numbers "28" through "49." Plunger inside the tube (can be moved by knob on its end) can be adjusted to any point along scale--has cotton wadding at bottom end to hold in place. Moving it changes the pitch of note played.
