Read "Meanwhile at the Museum"

The Hood Museum of Art's blog about the unseen museum.

We are excited to announce Meanwhile at the Museum, a blog about the "unseen museum" and what goes on behind the scenes. It features content written by a range of voices across all areas of the museum. The goal is to share our professional stories, experiences, and discoveries with you, our visitors and stakeholders. Meanwhile at the Museum allows for a different type of storytelling that we hope you will enjoy reading!

The first post is authored by Assistant Registrar Nicole Gilbert. Nicole, a Guatemalan transracial adoptee, made a discovery while working with the Hood Museum's collection of Guatemalan art and objects. It provided her with an opportunity to research the collection and learn more about her heritage. Click here to read more!
