Play: Escape to the Outdoors

The Hood Museum of Art recently launched Escape to the Outdoors, a fully digital escape room-style game featuring works of public art on Dartmouth's campus. Players will work through a series of challenges featuring puzzles, riddles, and hidden codes related to six outdoor sculptures. Along the way, players will learn about the extraordinary works of art that enliven Dartmouth's campus.

Escape to the Outdoors can be played individually on a mobile device, tablet, or computer or in teams via Zoom. Dartmouth community members with permission to be on campus are encouraged to play in person on a mobile device with the original works of art. Please follow Dartmouth's Covid-19 guidelines regarding masks and social distancing while playing on campus.

Recommended for ages 13 and up. No experience necessary.

To start playing, visit the Hood Museum of Art Activities Portal.
