Hood Museum Receives Significant Gift of Contemporary Prints

A gift of 44 prints and 1 drawing from renowned studio, Universal Limited Art Editions, strengthens the Hood Museum's modern and contemporary print collection. Artists include Enrique Chagoya, Lee Bontecou, Marisol, Carmen Herrera, and Kiki Smith.
The top of a contemporary amphora, inspired by traditional Greek amphora, that has been intentionally warped from the traditional shape. It has a terracotta base and a black slip-painted scene of the party.
