Transcription: "I personally feel that conflict is a part of education. People seem to always want things to run smoothly in academia and I don’t actually think that’s the point. I actually think the point is to have healthy engagement in debate and healthy conflict. I think life is inevitably about a certain level of conflict and you can engage in a healthy way or you can try and clamp down and control it."
