Offered on selected Sundays, Family Days provide an opportunity for parents and children to explore works of art in the museum together and create their own art projects. Thematic self-guiding materials allow parents and children to experience the museum through viewing and sketching activities, stories, puzzles, and games. Family Days are designed for children ages 6-12. The museum requests that one adult accompany every two children.
Offered on selected Saturdays, these workshops led by a member of the museum’s education staff provide opportunities for just children or children and parents together to learn about art in the museum and create related projects in the studio. Space is limited and pre-registration is required.
