Highlights of the European collection of engravings, etchings, and woodcuts include works by Rembrandt, Dürer, Goltzius, Piranesi, and others, as well as the entire series of eighty prints of Goya’s Disasters of War and the complete Vollard Suite by Picasso. The collection was significantly enhanced through gifts of Old Master prints from Adolph and Jean Weil in the 1990s. His gifts and a large bequest in his honor by Jean Weil were the subject of a museum catalogue and exhibition in 1998 entitled A Gift to the College: The Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Weil Jr. Collection of Master Prints.
