Seventeenth & Eighteenth Centuries

This area of the European collection has grown in the last twenty years with the addition, mainly by purchase but also by gift, of significant works by Claude Lorrain, Jan Davidsz. de Heem, Luca Giordano, Carle Vanloo, Charles-Joseph Natoire, Pompeo Batoni, and Elisabeth Vigée-Lebrun.
