Meet with the Hood's director and curators, and be introduced to the museum's photography collection. Discuss the criteria curators use to select works of art for a museum collection. Travel to New York to view photographs and choose a photograph for the Hood to purchase.

Nachtwey ’70 Publishes Landmark Opioid Crisis Images in ‘TIME’

It is the first issue in the magazine’s 95-year history devoted to one photographer. The photographs from the project will eventually be added to the Nachtwey archive at the Hood.
